Log into the sql database (for more information see here: http://support.powerdnn.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=64
Right click the database and click new query.
Type the following into the query:
replacing yourdatabasename with the name of your database.
After this you can right click the database and go to tasks -> shrink files to decrease file sizes.
You may also want to consider switching to simple backup to prevent the database from getting too large:
