Effective May 24, you must open support tickets through your control panel.
In order to log into your control panel and submit a support request, please follow the steps below:
1) Go to www.PowerDNN.com
2) Click on "Control Panel"
3) Log in with the email address and password you used to sign up.
4) Click on the "Help" tab and then select "Trouble Tickets"
5) Click on "Submit a Ticket".
Once you have created a support ticket, you will still be able to respond to the support ticket via email.
